The barrel, crafted from high-quality stainless steel plate, facilitates high-quality enclosed constant pressure foaming. This EPS Foaming Machine incorporates Japan's high-precision Yoshitake GP2000 pressure-reducing valve and Germany's proportional valve to meticulously control the pressure within the barrel, making it a standout choice for low density foaming machine requirements.

The EPS Low Density Foaming Machine features advanced PID steam and air valve control, ensuring stable pressure and temperature to maintain density tolerance within 3% - a feature that sets the SPJ1500# model apart in the realm of low-density foaming machines. a) All electronic components are from the globally recognized brand Schneider, with an air conditioning system installed in the control box for optimal performance.


b) The machine is equipped with Japan's Mitsubishi PLC and Taiwan's Veinview touch screen (10.1”), enhancing user interaction with this high-quality EPS Foaming Equipment.


c) For precise pneumatic control, we utilize valves from Burket (Germany), known for their reliability and efficiency in foam production processes.


d) Enhanced safety is ensured through a one-level photo sensor, providing double safety measures for this Low Density Foaming Machine.


e) An optional vibration level sensor is available to optimize heating during the expansion process, further enhancing the machine's capabilities.
