GREEN BUILDING MACHINERY
1) From foam crushing, hot melting, extrusion, cooling, pelletizing, a whole production line, the waste foam can be turned into PS.
2) Twin screw, one stage screw hot melt, two stage screw extrusion, equipped with automatic hydraulic screen changing, making the foam recycling granulator not easy to break wires, and the plastic particle recycling machine can be continuously produced.
3) An efficient crushing system is equipped with a large volume powder silo and variable frequency feeding, greatly improving production efficiency, while ensuring sufficient and stable feeding, making the extruded particles uniform.
4) The secondary screw is made of 38CrMoAl material, and the primary and secondary screws are subject to tempering treatment to ensure their service life,
5) All electrical equipment adopts Schneider brand, and all components adopt aviation plugs, with stable quality and convenient debugging and installation.
6) The extruder adopts high-quality screws, with good reinforcement, large production capacity, and long service life. The extrusion assembly is cooled by a stainless steel water tank.
7) The water pump is an XGB type vortex air pump with low water consumption and high suction. The granulator uses a carbide hob, which has a good strengthening effect.
